Adrian Sykes
Adrian Sykes is a widely-respected UK music industry veteran, having made key contributions to the history of Island and MCA over the past four decades. He is also a successful entrepreneur and manager, having founded Decisive Management – which looked after Emeli Sandé before, and throughout, her multi- platinum debut album campaign.
Danny ‘D’ Poku
Los Angeles-based Danny D has more than three decades of experience spanning all facets of the industry including as an artist, remixer, A&R, label owner and producer. Alongside his Tim & Danny Music partner Tim Blacksmith, he formed leading publishing company Stellar Songs, which represents the works of Sam Smith, Charli XCX and Emeli Sande, among others.
The pair also co-manage Norwegian songwriting and production powerhouse Stargate, the team behind hits for the likes of Rihanna, Britney Spears, Beyonce and Katy Perry.

Also, from his entrepreneurial and creative approach throughout his career, in defining and understanding consumer insights and their passions he has significantly driven business value across key business areas such as, Loyalty, ARPU, Sponsorship and Retention.
